"Access to the path was denied."
What triggers this error message?
The folder is the My Articulate Projects, in the My Documents folder. If I Save As the file to the Desktop, that works fine.

- First, be sure that you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive) when creating, editing, and publishing Storyline courses. Working on a network drive, cloud drive (e.g., OneDrive) or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption or an inability to save changes.

Hi Kelly!
I finally got some time to go through these steps and I'm still experiencing the same issue.
I'm working on a local C: drive and went through the steps for How to Fix Unexpected or Erratic Behavior.
Any other steps or ideas you can think of?
