Accessibility and Labeled Graphic (hotspots)

Hello ELH,&nbsp; I have seen a few posts from several years ago regarding labeled graphics and accessibility.&nbsp; Have there been any updates regarding accessibility _ JAWS, etc., and labeled graphics (Do they meet WCAG 2.0 and the new 2.1)?
