Accessibility and screen readers

Thanks Phil. I do have the latest version now but the module was likely built initially with a much older one, if that is a factor. I will test this further tomorrow and see how it goes. Initial preview of the module still shows these issues but perhaps better luck with publishing for web or SCORM.
