Accessibility NVDA issues with Check box in Storyline

Hi all,

I am working on a multiple response question quiz. While testing this quiz with NVDA screen reader, for Check box 1 it reads as check box 3. This issue is same for Radio buttons as well. The focus order is correct. For option 2 and 3 also, the screen reader read it as check box 3. The rest of the course works fine but the issue is only with quiz questions.
