Accessibility on a Mac - VoiceOver issues

Hi, I've been trying to use Mac VoiceOver on Chrome or Safari for reading Storyline material.  

I'm not sure whether it's something I'm doing, but it doesn’t seem to be able to access the content of the slides. For example, it describes a normal text screen as an ‘image’, a scrollbar as a ‘slider’ and a diagram as a ‘group’, giving a keyboard combination to access the contents of these, however nothing happens when I follow the instruction and it does an error 'beep'. 

Can anyone help?

      Hello Andy, 

      I checked Mina's case and it looks like their issue was resolved without any assistance from us. I'd recommend opening a case with our support team and sharing your project file so we can check how it behaves when used with Mac VoiceOver.
