Can you change a drag and drop matching question to a drop-down menu matching question in Rise alone, or do you need to use Storyline to do that?

There isn't a way to convert a drag-and-drop matching question to a menu type question in Rise 360. The 'sequence drop-down' and 'matching drop-down' type questions are currently only available in Storyline 360. You'll need to design your questions in Storyline 360 and embed the project as a block if you want to use them in a Rise 360 course.
