Accessible way of asking learner to 'put items into correct order'?
Hi
Is there a way of asking the learner to e.g. put steps into the correct sequence, whilst keeping the interaction accessible?
Thanks

Hi Cath,
Thanks so much for reaching out! Glad to hear you're looking to create an accessible course. Such an important way to include all learners! ✨
You'd want to be sure you are utilizing text-based or keyboard-controlled alternatives to an interaction that requires mouse navigation to include folks with mobility impairments.
One example could be utilizing a keyboard-accessible interaction, like a matching question or a slider interaction. You could also give learners a detailed text description of the information they need to know from the interaction. I'd like to provide this article that provides an alternative accessible approach to having a learner interact with a course.
Here is my colleague Sarah's example of an accessible Drag-and-Drop Interaction for your reference.
I'm curious to hear what other accessible solutions others in the community could share!

The dropdown menu interaction is accessible, otherwise you could build it yourself
