Accessing Rise Web Output and indexing content

Hello,

Does anyone have any experience being able to access and parse through published web content from Rise? 

We upload our web content to SharePoint for now, and we want to be able to use something, perhaps an API, that can parse through the published content to see what updates have been made, and report where those changes are.  Trying to find an automated system to do this so that we can try to implement a system where whenever there are updates/changes, it finds them and automatically alerts users where to go to see the update.

Our company uses a vendor that has a system that can comb through sites, via the different HTML pages, but Rise doesn't really output content that way.  You get an index html file, but the rest of the content is populated, from what I can see, via Javascript, if not something else.
