Accessing team content as an admin

Hello!

I had a situation recently where my instructional designer was on leave for a few days, and the project timeline he was working on was brought forward. 

As an admin I would have thought I was able to access his content but I can't seem to do this. Am I missing something obvious here? Surely there is a feature where I can view all the courses he is working on or has created without him having to share each one?

    Hi Dab,

    Only a person with an allocated Articulate 360 seat can access a Rise course.

    And a seat holder can only access a course if the Course Owner manually added that person as a collaborator to that specific course. 

    Account Administrators are no different.

    As Karl has discussed, only the course owner can access and edit the Rise 360 course, along with its collaborators if the course owner has added some.

    A Team Folders feature is currently on our Roadmap. You will be able to organize your content, assign permissions, and invite collaborators into these team folders. We'll keep this thread posted for updates about this feature.
