Accessing Your Content

Hello!  So I am on a trial subscription of Articulate 360 and trying to watch videos from your Articulate 360 Learning and I keep getting the error " The media could not be loaded, either because the server failed or because the format is not supported".  From a quick Google search it seems this is a common error message that your user community experiences so what is the solution since you seem to have the same issue.  This does not give me a tons of trust in the tool or to purchase a license if you also experience the same issue.
