Add a message for the team to see before creating courses
Hi there
We would like to add a message for my 4 Rise team colleagues to see before they can create courses.
We need to add a short note to remind the colleagues that they are not supposed to enter client or employee information on the Rise platform.
Could that be achieved somehow?

Hey BoyanJourdan,
It sounds like you'd like team admins to be able to push an alert to a Creator's Rise dashboard.
Right now, that type of messaging cannot be communicated within the Rise platform. Insights like these help our teams when evaluating which features to prioritize next.
What does your process look like today for getting these guidelines in front of your authors, and roughly how much time does it take to keep everyone on the same page?
Hi there Steven, thanks for the quick reply. The reason we want to be able to have such a banner/alert is to remind people what they may and may not do with the AI Assistant. We do not use the AI Assistant yet. Our internal services have not validated its use and one of the recommendations was to always have a message that remind the 5 team members what is not allowed to be used as data in the AI prompts. In other words, we dont have a process yet since we have not yet used the AI Assistant.
