Add captions to a video in Interactive > Tabs
Good afternoon, Is it by design that the option to manage captions from Multimedia > Video is different than Interactive > Tabs? Does anyone have a workaround? I'm trying to upload cc for videos...
Do you get the option to manage captions once the video is uploaded?
No, that option does not display.
Thanks for reaching out! I wanted to share a closer look at my experience when adding captions in both of these blocks, as it is working as expected on my end.
- If you insert a new tabs block in your lesson and insert your video, do you see the CC icon display?
- Do you experience the cc icon missing in any other blocks you've tried so far, or just this one?
We'd be happy to take a closer look at a copy of your course and a screen recording of this behavior in a support case so we can continue troubleshooting.

Thank you so much for sharing this, LucianaPiazza​! I believe the issue was a result of adding a Stream file link, as opposed to an MP4 or other file upload. It's working now. Again, I greatly appreciate your assistance and support!
