Adding a trigger that connects to courseend.cfm

Hi,

I am publishing my course to a webpage that needs to have the scoring logged into their database. I have been told that I need courseend.cfm  file in the same folder as story.html, I am not sure how to do that and I am not finding any videos about it.

Is anyone familiar with this?
