    Hello PennySpacht

I totally appreciate the importance of keeping the workflow going for you folks. Let's walk through these details together!

    1. I want to confirm that only the owner or a manager can share the content with learners and publish it to Review 360 to collect feedback from reviewers.

    • If a manager is added to a Rise 360 course after it has been published, they can share the review link only if the item has been shared to a Team folder and they've been added as an editor. Otherwise, the course will appear in the owner's Personal section on their Review 360 dashboard, and only the owner can share the review link.

    2. I understand you are utilizing Request Review. All seat holders with a subscription can create or edit a request for any Review 360 item. I do want to mention that only the person who made the request will be notified when reviewers set their status to complete.

    3. Single Sign-On (SSO) does not directly affect the ability to share (as an owner/manager) or view review links as a learner. This is managed through permissions set in Review 360

I hope this helps! Let me know if any other questions come up!
