Adverts for AI features appearing inside course.
LucianaPiazza : I realize that asking follow-up questions "to help us understand your experience" can be useful in many cases.
Here's some friendly feedback on how it's perceived. To me, these questions often feel disingenuous and evasive.
DeveloperIgniti said it was "extremely intrusive" to encounter an ad within a course. That feeling is an impact.
And the desired outcome is clearly stated: stop showing ads in Rise.
If I imagine myself encountering an ad in a Rise course, I'd be frustrated and mad. Those negative feelings would disrupt workflow beyond the moment it takes to delete such an ad. I arrived at that answer with empathy and a bit of reasoning. No follow-up question about impact required.
I have the deepest respect, admiration, and gratitude for the support staff. You all are so helpful and respectful when answering questions. I'm guessing these types of follow-up questions are a boilerplate requirement. I hope the team reconsiders how/when to use them.
Honestly, the questions are so boilerplate I originally thought "Judy Nollett" and the others were AI agents.

CarlFink1: I'm not an AI agent. I'm simply a long-time Articulate user who tries to give back to the community.
If my replies seem "so boilerplate," it might be because I copy-and-paste some answers from my personal "boilerplate" document. That file contains basic responses to issues that I've seen multiple times in the community. Reusing my earlier replies (tweaked as needed for a given discussion) allows me to respond more quickly and thoroughly.
That's why I understand the need for the staff to rely on some boilerplate answers.

Sorry, Judy. I typed the wrong name and didn’t mean you at all.
In my defense, I’m sending from a booth at a show on an iPad.
