AI Assistant Importing content to Rise
Hello everyone!
I'm excited to share that we've released an update to AI Assistant that includes a fix for:
-
Magic Text Import inserts a block at the end of the lesson instead of between existing blocks in Rise.
There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!
Please let us know if you need any additional help!

Yeah, totally agree with these points. We receive content that has been signed off. The last thing we want is Rise rewriting it. Makes the AI assistant pretty useless for us at the moment, unless I try the The AI Block - Magic Import.
Hi Jonathan2025 & KarlMuller!
Thank you for the feedback!
As Ron shared, currently the Rise 360 AI Block - Magic Import is the best option for importing source material you do not want summarized or rewritten. However, I do understand this may feel limiting, and I've shared your insights directly with our product team.
We'll be sure to notify you if we release a future enhancement that helps!

Hi Steven,
Is there a way to fix the placement of magic text import. Even if I hit the + in the middle of the lesson, the block generates at the end. There's no option to place it where I need it. Do you have a tip to add it in the middle of the lesson?

Hi czarM-62fe8416-!
Sorry to hear that you're having issues with Magic Text Import in Rise 360!
I can confirm this behavior was related to a bug in Rise 360. This bug caused:
- Magic Text Import does not respect the insert position when accessed from the AI Blocks menu.
I'm happy to share that we've released an update for Rise 360, which corrects this issue. There's nothing to install for web-based apps, as new features and fixes are immediately available!
Please let me know if you're still having trouble!
