AI Assistant throws error when Question/Quiz Generating

While using Storyline I tried creating a quiz based on a slide i have, but it keeps throwing an undefined error, just stating that "There was an error importing AI content".

Can anyone tell me what the issue is? If it is on my side or if it's the AI assistant.

    Hi Bbear, 

    I'm happy to help! I tested this on my end, and I'm not experiencing this error message when generating a quiz with AI Assistant. To narrow down the issue, I have a few troubleshooting questions:

    • Are you working with the latest version of Storyline 360? We just released Update 97 last week.
    • I'd like to know more about the slide you use as a content reference for AI Assistant. Does the slide you're referencing have any media, or does it only include text?
    • When creating a quiz, you have two options for the type of quiz AI Assistant can generate. 
      • Are you looking to insert the quiz as new slides or insert the quiz slides in a new question bank?
    • Are you experiencing this error message with any other courses you are working on or just this .story file?
      • I'm curious if importing slides from your existing .story file into a new file will resolve this issue.
