AI Disappeared
one of my users suddenly lost access to the AI functions. So i reviewed and did everything that was brought up in a previous discussion. Sign in and out, reboot, reinstall. But nothing is working. so i did a fresh install on mine and it still not working here either. Was there an issue in the last update?

We're monitoring an issue where AI features may not work or are slow to load in Storyline 360 and Rise 360. We're working closely with our vendor to ensure a solution is in place as soon as possible! Please feel free to check our Status page and Subscribe to Updates. If the issue persists once this is fully resolved, please let us know so we can take a closer look at what's going on!
