AI Features Not Showing UP

I just reached out to support for this but noticed it only today. Seemed to be there earlier this week, before the New Year. I have months of work tied up in AI use and now can't even edit it.

    Hello Luciana, 

     

    I am actually running into this exact issue. I had AI features and now they have all disappeared. Same situation where my work is now connected to it and I can't access it. I tried signing in and out of Articulate 360, but to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    I am also having this issue where the AI is not appearing as available. This is a paid version, not trial so it should show up. In fact, when I open the Articulate Menu on my desktop, Articulate Storyline does not appear as an option. Has there been an update for Storyline that wasn't announced, perhaps?
