So sorry to hear that Storyline's AI Assistant is behaving so erratically!
I'm happy to help troubleshoot, and have some follow-up questions to get us started:
- Are you working with locally-stored .story files? Authoring directly off of a network drive may introduce unexpected behavior such as this.
- Have you already performed a repair of your Storyline installation?
- If possible, can you test the behavior on a separate internet network to see if the issue persists? Since AI Assistant features rely on cloud connectivity, this can help rule out any firewall or corporate network restrictions.
- Does this issue occur across all .story files, or just one project in particular?
