Microlearning Interactions Disappearing
Having some issues with a Rise microlearning.. one of my flip card interactions doesn't show up on the first pass, random choice of 1 of 3 knowledge check questions doesn't show up, and sometimes a List block towards the end isn't showing. If you navigate backwards through the course, sometimes thing pop up.
I've tried Edge and Chrome, Review link, Share link, LMS publish. Had 3 people test, all the same experience.
We thought maybe it was all the AI images, so I downloaded and uploaded them separately. No change.
Anyone else experiencing glitches with the microlearning format and have some advice?

Hi HeatherMichael,
Great call reaching out about this!
I tested the course using the Chrome Version 138.0.7204.184, and it appeared to be working as expected. Is it possible for you to share a copy of the Rise 360 course with our team, so we can compare what it's supposed to be displaying, versus what we're seeing? You can upload a copy in a support case and we'll delete it once troubleshooting is complete.
One other thing to check is that the domains listed here are accessible on port 443. This ensures the Articulate 360 apps and services will work properly, although you may need the help of your IT team!

Okay, I updated to ensure I have the same Chrome Version and same results. I also recreated the course in a standard course format and didn't have any issues. So, it seems specific to the microlearning format. I will submit a support case today. Thank you!

I have been getting some random issues as well, but it isn't consistent with all users. But there seems to be random padding added after quiz questions, and it is impacting the ability to move forward.
Hello LaraMcK,
Thanks for sharing what you’re seeing. I know how frustrating inconsistencies like this can be.
Do you think using the latest version of a supported browser helps? You can check your setup against our supported browsers list here.
Also, is this happening in a Rise microlearning or a regular Rise course? Knowing which type you’re using will help us narrow down the cause.
Random padding appearing after quiz questions isn’t expected, so any extra details you can provide will be very helpful.
Please let us know, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have additional questions!
