AI test to speech not working - Rise 360

Hi all, 

Yesterday we have experienced an issue where audio created using AI text to speech no longer plays in existing and new material. Though it does work at the preview stage before inserting the audio.

However the problem only happens when using work laptops and everything is fine if I access it via my own phone - so I don't think it's an issue with Articulate.

Our IT team are investigating but haven't found anything that would cause this yet.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything similar and has any suggestions?
