AI Text-to-speech no voices today
None of my courses are allowing me to edit or add text-to-speech. I was just working on them yesterday and now nothing. My text is gone. No voices come up in the box. What's going on? -- Screens...

I can confirm that this incident has been resolved.
AI Audio in Storyline 360 and Rise 360, along with other AI Assistant features, are operating normally. We’ve continued to monitor performance and have confirmed stable service. Our IT department is extremely tight on AI security and I suspect there is no way they will clear this for us. Thanks, everyone, for commenting and raising awareness- this is a very big deal.
