AI Text-to-speech no voices today

None of my courses are allowing me to edit or add text-to-speech.  I was just working on them yesterday and now nothing. My text is gone.  No voices come up in the box.  What's going on?  --  Screens...

    Hi Everyone,

    I can confirm that this incident has been resolved. 

    AI Audio in Storyline 360 and Rise 360, along with other AI Assistant features, are operating normally. We’ve continued to monitor performance and have confirmed stable service. If you're still experiencing issues, please connect with our support team through a support case.

Thank you for your response Steven, I see the voices are back. As you can see these updates are greatly impacting people. It isn't just one offs either, they are regularly happening. Can they not test these changes before rolling them out to users? We don't even have an option not to apply updates, they are happening right away. Many of us have deadlines that these changes are impacting.
