AI Text to Speech not working properly

I have two issues that are happening with Text to Speech. The first is that when I preview text to speech on my slides, it does not play the first 2 words. I type in "Click on the continue button". When you click to preview your audio Matilda only says "the continue button". If you publish to Review 360 it is correct.

The second issue is sometimes the text to speech is jumbled in the wrong order. It mixes parts and pieces of the sentences to create non-sense. It talks this jibberish in the preview and it is also jibberish when you publish to Review 360.

    I've been having a similar problem with the AI Text-to-Speech creating jibberish today. What should be a quick turn-around take a long time, is oddly lengthy, and jumbled/repeating/non-sense.

    Under the voice Advanced Settings, I noticed it didn't look like it normally does. So, under model, I selected "Multilingual v2" - which shows the adjustable settings and is creating narration as I have come to expect. So, I suggest trying that to fix your second issue.
