AI Text to Speech
Hello JeffreyZiemendo​,
I understand that you have shared a Storyline course via a Review link and the AI TTS audio cuts out early or doesn't work at all. While we don't have any existing bugs reported for this behavior in Review 360, I'm happy to learn more!
- What AI TTS Voice are you using within your course?
- Do you happen to know the browser your customer is using? I recommend ensuring they're using the latest version of our supported browsers.
- Is this happening with any other courses you've send their way or just this one?
It's helpful to know you can't duplicate this on your end. As I troubleshooting step, I recommend that your customer opens the course using an incognito window. They can also double check that network endpoints are enabled properly.
If they're still running into trouble, we'd be happy to take a closer look at a screen recording of their experience within a support case.

Hello!
Thank you for the reply. I did check with my customer, and they are using one of the recommended browsers. One thing the customer did bring up, and I do believe this is the problem, they are located in Canada and they are always having issues with internet connectivity. They do have an LMS, and I think once they have this loaded to their LMS it will run smoothly without any audio issues.
