AI Tutor showing as Currently Unavailable in Course
Hi All,
We recently discovered the AI feature and have had some success, but today we got an message stating that the AI tutor is currently unavailable. Is this a known issue that is being resolved...
Yeah the issue is happening for me. The AI tutor was working when I published the course in Cornerstone (LMS) this past Friday but on Monday I started getting reports that it's no longer working and giving the same message.
When I preview my course in Articulate Rise, the AI tutor works but still doesn't work in the actual course within the LMS. And again it did work last week in the LMS when we uploaded it.
Is there a know issue around the AI tutor not working in Cornerstone or other LMS? Any suggestions would help.
