Score not showing on results slide

One of my drag and drop pre-checks in Storyline does not show the earned score on the results slide. What is odd is that it correctly identifies if I pass or fail and sends me to the correct slide, but the "your score" shows 0% whether I pass or fail.

I have another drag and drop pre-check that is working perfectly. Try as I might, I cannot find any difference in the formatting between the two pre-checks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • It sounds like the appropriate question is being scored but that score isn't showing.

Check the name of the Results in the slide's Quiz Settings.

The text box that shows the score should be referencing the variable with that name. For example, to show the percentage for Quiz1, the reference would be Quiz1.ScorePercent.

If you hover over the reference, it will show which variable's value will be displayed.

If that doesn't match the name in the Quiz Settings, insert the correct reference.

Thank you Judy! That last one was it! When I hovered over the reference, it was referencing the wrong variable.

Thinking back - I built the other quiz first and then copied here without realizing I needed to update this reference. Appreciate your time and images - it was exactly what I needed!
