AI Tutor showing as Currently Unavailable in Course
Hi All,
We recently discovered the AI feature and have had some success, but today we got an message stating that the AI tutor is currently unavailable. Is this a known issue that is being resolved...
Hi EricSantos​, for us this is effecting an existing Rise course which we have edited and are then publishing to share as a Quick Share link. I'm working in the latest version of Chrome browser.
I have also tested a new course and the same issue occurs where the AI Tutor appears to be toggled on and enabled, doesn't appear in the course preview and when returning to settings it is toggled off again.
