AI Tutor

I have a number of "seats" for a set of teams licences.

I know that, in the admin tools, I can turn the AI Assistant "off" for those if I choose. I'm not asking about that in this post. I am also speaking more specifically about Rise at the moment, but if this also applies to storyline, I want to know about that as well. 

What I would like to know is if I can globally turn off the AI tutor so I dont have to have each person do it repeatedly as they publish new courses. Yes I know it stays toggled off per course once you do it the first time, but I would like to have a global switch that does it once, for all NEW courses as they are created.

Can I do that? If so how. If not, I guess it will be a feature request kinda day :)
