AI Voice Preview
Is anyone else having issues with previewing the new AI Voices in Storyline 360? I've tried to listen to the different voices by selecting the play button (within Voices), but instead of hearing a preview, it deselects the button.

Sorry to hear you're hitting this snag! I tried previewing the AI voices within the Voices tab with no issues. I prepared a quick screen recording of my tests for you.
It was also a good call to open a support case. I see that my colleague Robert has responded via email. He was also able to preview the AI voices and recommended these steps to fix possible installation issues and add our network endpoints.

Hello EricSantos . I am also experiencing the same issue. I cannot preview any of the voices. The only time I can hear them is after I click the generate speech button. I tried to click on the "steps to fix possible installation issues" above but I get an error on that link. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm happy to help!
I just ran a quick test on my end, and I'm able to preview the voices by selecting the Insert tab > Insert Audio > Text-to-Speech > My Voices. Here's a quick demo to show you what I did. Additionally, here's the link that Eric shared about fixing possible installation issues. Please let me know if you have any trouble viewing it!

Thank you for the reply Kelly! That's the process that I was using but it does not work for me. I will try Eric's uninstall/reinstall suggestion tomorrow. If that doesn't work, I will reach out with a support case. Thanks!
