AI voices in Storyline 360 suddenly unavailable

I'm having the same issue. They appear and disappear randomly. When they are available, the volume decreases over the time. At the start the volume is good and by the time you get to the end of the audio the volume is so low you can hardly hear the voice.

Same. Down to the wire with 2 critical changes, then this...I submitted a ticket.
