Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
I'd recommend testing your course in SCORM Cloud first, so we can isolate if the issue is specific to your LMS, or if it happens regardless of which hosting environment is used.
If you are able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
Additionally, if you prefer to troubleshoot the course on your end, you can enable your course's LMS debug logs so you can get a better understanding of what's being communicated to the LMS at the moment that the issue is encountered.
