Allow users to retake courses annually
At my organization we have many users who need to retake our training annually. Is there anyway to set up the file in Storyline to allow the course be retaken, starting fresh instead of asking if the user wants to pick up where they left off? We use xAPI content in LearnDash LMS. The consultants I'm working with have let me know that this isn't something that can be done in the LMS itself based on our file type.

Great question! This is a setting that you'd want to change in an LMS rather than in Storyline 360. I'll hand it over to other community members who can share more about how they achieve this with their LMS!

So a couple of things regarding your Q:
- If it's just as simple as removing the prompt to resume for users coming back onto your Storyline course then you can do this by going into your Storyline project Player Properties > Other Settings Menu > Resume on Restart = Never Resume.
Because you mentioned you use LearnDash however I think what you also need is a method to reset a user's course progress within the course that contains your Storyline content.
