Alt text and Pick-One interaction

Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!
In Update 114, we've included essential fixes and new features. We've released a fix for: Screen readers announced check boxes and their alt text as separate elements.
Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

I am running into the same issue right now. I will test JudyNollet's suggestion to see if that works for my project. However, there should be a way to add alt text to these hidden radio buttons, and everything that is visible to the screen reader should ideally be visible in the Focus Order list 😕
Filling a shape with an image wasn't an appropriate solution in my case.
I think in the end I converted them all to text boxes and added my image as part of the state. Though this threw a different bug where the text boxes refused to reset to the default alt text so I had to manually change all the alt text of all the states of all 150 radio buttons.... BORING! 😤.
