Pick One Help
Hello,
I created a free-form pick one question type for a slide. However, if I select one of the tiles I have created to be chosen and then try to select another one because I changed my mind on the answer, it will not unselect the first selection. This then results being stuck in a loop of an incorrect answer. I have even tried clicking on the wrong selection again to try to get it to unselect but have been unsuccessful. Any insight would be appreciated. I am including the Storyline file for this one slide below.
Thank you,
Kelly
All objects in the Monthly Remitter group, except the outer rectangle, did not have a Selected state. This indicates they were not properly added to the Pick One button set and therefore did not participate in the interaction as expected. Additionally, the calendar icon appears to be corrupted, as it contains two Normal states, neither of which can be deleted.
To fix this, I ungrouped all objects, properly added them to the Pick One button set so they inherited the selected states, and then regrouped them. This restored the intended behavior.
Please see the attached Story file for reference.

Thank you for taking a look at this and making the necessary edits to make the file work appropriately. I didn't even realize I had to add them to the button set. I had grouped everything together to keep everything organized. I will keep this in mind for the future.

For future reference: You don't need to group objects to get that type of button. You could simply add the text to the shape, and insert the icon into the shape while editing its states.
