Alt text bugs in text boxes
I'm writing this here in an effort to share the results of my testing with everyone until Articulate comes up with a fix.
TLDR: you can permanently break the alt text in a text box where the alt ...
For anyone still dealing with this bug 3 years later, I was able to just put a blank space " " in place of the alt text if you don't want it to show any longer.
