Alt Txt - Accessibility - URGENT

How do I remove alt txt from text boxes that are showing up in Accessibility. I deselect the box but it still shows up when the Translations person Exports to Word. They are counting them as w...
Yes, but strangely, it doesn't happen for all text boxes?? It also happens for all the questions. Attached is a word doc comparing the export to the story Accessibility box and story page where the text is.
Unfortunately this has caused confusion with Translations word count resulting in a delay of the launch of the course.
