Altering the Screen size in Storyline
I learned from an outside source how to include the option for users to mark full screen view. This solved my issue.
Hi Ron, it is mostly point and click with drill down menus. It is and old software but still vital for the business. When using it, users will see it full screen so the print isn't small. The issue is the size of the published view (1st screenshot). I was wondering if there was a way to reduce the padding perhaps around the block. When switching to Fit to Screen the slide bar is unresponsive (2nd screenshot) and I'm concerned with using the mouse to move the screen and completing the tasks in Storyline will be cumbersome.

Can you please let me know how you did this? I'm struggling with the same issue.

Hi KristaMcLean,
Great question! While Shane may have used a slightly different approach, one common way to achieve this is by enabling the full-screen option in the Storyline player, which allows learners to scale the training content to fill the screen.
You can turn this on in the player properties by going to the Controls area and marking the Full-screen box. Once enabled, learners can click the full-screen button or press Ctrl+Alt+F to expand the course and return to normal view as needed.

You might also want to review your Player → Other → Browser Settings, where you can control how the course displays. For example, setting the player to scale to fill the browser or allowing it to fill the screen in a new window can help improve readability for screen-based simulations.
Since Shane mentioned learning this from an outside source, they may have used a different approach, so hopefully, they can chime in as well with the exact method they used.
