Animated "clickables" in my Articulate Presenter Scorm file aren't working
Hello!
I've been working on converting a .ppt file using Articulate Presenter. When done, I'm uploading the SCORM file into an LMS. I've figured out most of it, but have one remaining big glitch:
The person who created this .ppt used a ton of animations to create "flip cards," where the user clicks a text box to reveal info on another text box, then clicks again to return to the main slide. This is actually the reason I am using Articulate Presenter in the first place; when I originally saved/uploaded it as a .pptx file, the "clickables" don't work at all. When I save it as a .ppt show, it works, but my LMS doesn't take that kind of file. So I figured out how to use the Articulate feature, saved as a SCORM, and my LMS takes it fine....but the clickables still don't click or flip over.
It took so long to get all of the animations set up right. Is there an easy fix I hope?
Thanks!

Hi CarmenDailey,
Thanks for explaining your setup.
From your description, it sounds like the flip cards were built using PowerPoint animation triggers. While Presenter supports most standard PowerPoint animations, it doesn't support object-triggered animations. Such as "Start effect on click of". It's expected behavior that those interactive effects won't function after publishing.
Unfortunately, there isn't a setting in Presenter to preserve those interactions. If you need learners to click objects to reveal and hide content, the best option is to recreate those interactions in Storyline. Storyline was designed for this type of interactivity and provides native Triggers, States, and Layers.
I'll open the floor to our community to share additional design suggestions with you!
