Animating contents of a scrollbar
Is it possible to animate scrollbars content?
Inside the scrollbar contains an excel table where i discuss a portion then the discussion shifts to another portion. I was hoping to move the scrollbar everytime i disscuss a portion... then after the narration, I would try to ask the learner to try it themselves which means they can now freely move the scrollbar... is it possible?

It moves the scroll handle of a specified scrollbar to a variable position proportional to its contents (from 0 to 1).
