Animation options are grayed-out for video object when it is a "Video from Website"

Hi,

I am finding that if a video is added via the “Video from a Website” tool (not “Video from a File”) there is no ability to add an entrance or exit animation effect (e.g. fade-in) to the video; the animation options are grayed-out.

However if that video is on a layer, the layer can have a transition, and the video will behave as expected with respect to the transition. For example if the layer transition is a fade-in, the video will also fade-in.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this the correct behavior?
