There is not a pane within Storyline that would show all your animations. In regards to what you saw within Articulate Presenter, Presenter is an add-on to Powerpoint and therefore is able to pick up Powerpoint functionality as well. If you'd like to see something like this in Storyline it sounds like a good feature request. 

Hi there!  I'm also looking for an animation pane in 360 and don't see it.  Was this feature ever added?

I still find myself needing an animation pane or similar functionality that lists and allows me to manage all the animations on a slide or layer. I just submitted a feature request as I'm not sure if this is something Articulate is currently considering.

Yes, I add my request for this feature - An animation pane that lists and allows management of all the animations on a slide or layer. We work as a team and often have to amend the work of others. This feature would speed that process up. Thanks.
