Animations and texts are missing after I publish

Hello,

I’ve had this issue that after a storyline is published, elements go missing from the final version of the storyline (animated text and animations)Everything works well when I review it. However, after being published when I play the SWF file or insert it to PowerPoint, some text and animations are disappeared. I’ve tested several times, it keeps happening. When I browse it on an Internet browser, everything works well again.

Does anyone know why and what should I do? Thank you so much for your help!

    I have a few questions that will help me understand what's going on with your project:

    • Which version of Storyline are you using?
    • You mentioned a SWF file, but that is not a current publishing option from Storyline (we ended flash support on January 2021). Do you mean a video file (mp4)?
