Answers retained when 2nd attempt at a question
Is there a way that answers to a question attempt 1 are removed when they try the question for the second time please ?

Great question! Yes, there is a way to remove answers from attempt one when the user retries the question for the second time. To do this, you'll need a Results Slide.
On the Results Slide, choose to add a Retry button. The Retry button also comes with a trigger to Reset Results. When double-clicking on the trigger, you'll see where there is a checkbox to only reset incorrect responses.
I've attached a sample project so you can see what this looks like in Storyline 360.

Thanks for explaining - my issue was, however, in Presenter Quizmaker 360 not Storyline.
Is there such a setting there?
