Any portfolio-type sites for freelancers?
I was wondering if there was a site similar to Behance where freelancers can post examples of their e-learning projects?

Do you think that a website like http://fiverr.com/ would be comparable to the graphic design freelance sites you suggested before?
(In the situation if you wanted to find a graphic designer or artist for contract work.)
I'd be interested to know if you've used http://dribbble.com/ and http://www.illustrationweb.com before in your profession
