Are the subtitles with AI voices broken?

Hello everyone.

Yesterday, and for the past week, and for months, subtitles were generated automatically when creating AI voices, by checking the “Generate subtitles” box, as usual.

This morning, it no longer works. Not at all. No subtitles appear in the subtitle editor, even though the “Manage subtitles” button is active.

A friend pointed out the problem to me the day before yesterday, but it was working perfectly for me. Not anymore.

However, it is possible to recreate them with the “Generate with AI assistant” button. But still...

I am REALLY in the same situation as yesterday: no change of PC, absolutly no change in the way I work, same file.story, no crashes, no Storyline updates.

Why did it start suddenly? Is it a known bug? Already fixed in the next update?

How is it working for you? Same problems or everything is fine? Is it only with the final language (French)? Very strange.

    Sorry RonPrice​ , I didn't get a notification about your question (maybe because you did't use @ ?). Even so, I can't tell you. I don't use the latest version for sure. I always wait a few days, to give others time to report any unexpected bugs in the update to old bugs. 😁 It seems that several issues related to subtitles have been resolved in the latest version (I received a message from the staff to that effect). I'll see. I can't mark it as “solved” myself, but this case is closed. Thank you for trying to help me.
