Arrows Offset When Moving Objects

Why is it now, all of the sudden, that when moving objects on a slide that the lines/arrows become offset? Unless I group all of these objects before moving them (even if just a little bit), arrows are no longer in line. Is anyone else experiencing this frustrating experience?
