Articulate 360 Desktop icon
On July 18, 2023 I tried to open storyline and the other applications using the desktop icon attached herein (Articulate issue). It worked on July 17, 2023 (Before icon). It no longer has any apps associated with this and is constantly in waiting to install articulate 360... displaying.
Is this new to the release or do I need to contact IT to find out why this is happening?

Thank you Kelly. Appreciate the response. I looked at uninstalling and reinstalling and any forum articles. Today I was notified by my IT team, that the bit blocker had to have upvotes to get this to register properly. They have done so and it is now functioning.
