Articulate 360 installation

After the latest Windows 10 update, my Storyline 360 files wouldn't open. Notification read that the files had been corrupted. The update included installation of Windows 11. I removed articulate and attempted to reinstall hoping that this would solve my corrupted file issue. Unfortunately, articulate 360 wouldn't install and hung in an installing state. Please can anyone advise on this matter.
